Ingredients
half a small onion, finely chopped
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
100g butter
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
25g pine nuts
8tbsp very finely chopped mixed herbs
2tbsp vegetable stock
grated zest of half a lime
Salt and pepper
serve with 400g of cooked pasta
