White chocolate popcorn

This white chocolate popcorn is a fun snack and can be enjoyed by children and adults alike.

Ingredients:

  • 12 cups kettle corn or other popped corn (about1/4 cup kernels)

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips + 1/2 teaspoon shortening or white chocolate candy melts or 7 ounces vanilla almond bark

  • 2 tablespoons of sprinkles, if desired.

Method:

  1. Melt your choice of white chocolate in the microwave or double broiler.

  2. Pour chocolate over popcorn, tossing gently to coat.

  3. Evenly spread popcorn onto a baking sheet and add sprinkles.

  4. Let sit until dry (at least 15 minutes, ideally 2-3 hours).
