Fever-Tree won our hearts with its elderflower and Mediterranean twists. Now other brands are on the case, the latest being Schweppes, with its 200 year heritage. Its Salty Lemon tonic water is intriguing, the salty sweetly easing the bitterness of the tonic, yet there's savoury edge. It hints at the salty olive in a classic martini and i think it works.
