This was a summer favourite when I was a child and has been used time and time again.
Half all of your strawberries and arrange them inside the flan case with the Berry facing upwards until the Case it full , you should only have small spaces left in between the Strawberries
Make up your jelly in the usual manner and wait for it to cool ,it should just be showing signs of setting , Pour the jelly over the strawberries right up to the edges of the flan case
Cover with Cling film & Place Flan Case into a refrigerator for 30 minutes
While the flan is setting take your whipping cream and whip it until it is thick, at this point you can choose to either use it as it is or add it into a piping bag
If you are using a piping bag for the whipped cream ( I personally don't like it this way ) pipe the edge of the flan case all the way around and add a few small strawberries to the peaks .
