Petals of the valley

I shared a recipe by Claire Ptak for madeleines on 19 April and since then have had a few people contact me, asking where is the best place to get rosewater from, Petals of the valley is simply the best.

Petals of the Valley bring you authentic, fragrant rosewater grown and made in Wales. They recently featured in Nadiya's British Food Adventure and use only 100% natural ingredients with no preservatives.

Their rosewater is highly fragrant, it is made from the rose Rosa Damascena which is used in the rose oil industry because of its rich rose scent. Suitable for all uses and food safe, available in 2 sizes and optional gift packed. You might like to also buy a fine mist spray which will fit either of these bottles. Ingredients: Spring Water, Rosa Damascena. Once opened use within 6 months.
